Our commercial portfolio includes projects for offices, for factories and workshops and for warehouses and self-store units.

Many of the designs undertaken have been for speculative developments but on many of the workshops and factory buildings the designs have needed to include specialist plant design for the end user.

Within the designs of the buildings, we have also been involved in the design of the fabric and services to satisfy current legislation allowing the properties to be assessed to BREEAM Standards of energy and service efficiency.

Grovebury Road, Self-Store

Built in the site of an old textile factory to the south of the town and within the established industrial zone. The simple steel framed shed incorporates state of the art storage and access systems.

Farnham Rugby Club, Farnham

This is a brand new facility being built for the Club by Main Contractors, Aspen Construction and is part of a larger leisure development on the edge of Farnham. The new clubhouse will include facilities for male & female teams and is designed to the latest RFU standards.

Shirwell Crescent, Furzton

This complex of speculative offices is located outside the Milton Keynes City Centre on a site that looks over Furzton Lake. Within the site there are 20 separate offices, as well as a single larger unit used as the Developers' Head Office.
