The main focus of the work of the Practice is within the housing sector, engaging with Developers and Contractors on projects that sit within the south and east Midlands and the ‘Oxcam Arc’. Additionally, we work with a variety of smaller businesses to develop small, individual sites in many of the surrounding urban areas.

We also have a broad design experience of social housing, having worked with many of the main RSLs over the time of the practice.  Many of these projects reflect the current emphasis on environmental design which is a constant thread throughout our work.

Outside of housing, we have undertaken several industrial and commercial developments and also educational buildings; school extensions and a special needs school for MacIntyre Care, a charity that assists children with learning difficulties.

The Company is served by a small team of experienced staff which allows us to meet our Clients' needs swiftly and efficiently and to offer the best advice on any project. Allied to this we have contacts with a range of Consultants in many fields of expertise that can be drawn together as a Design Team to serve the Client.

We also have excellent contacts with the Local Authority departments and Regulatory Agencies in many areas and the NHBC which allows us to deal effectively with the various approval stages of development.
