The main part of the work of the Practice and the principal service we offer Clients is to understand the brief and to design their houses, buildings or developments to create success.  This service starts with the site assessment and strategy and takes in all the detailed design elements from inception to the works on site.

Our understanding of the Town and Country Planning system and our excellent working relationships with many Local Authorities allow us to take the lead in negotiating the planning approval for the projects and to also deal with any other related issues that may arise.

At the detailed design stage, once planning consent has been obtained, we are able to undertake the lead role in bringing together the various other elements of the construction package and dealing with all application and negotiations to make sure the project can be built to the most up to date standards and controls.

Our services can be applied right across the field of construction where we have specialist knowledge of all types of housing, be it speculative, social housing or single, bespoke houses for individual Clients. We can also offer advice on the best from of construction based on our knowledge of traditional techniques and modern methods of construction (MMC).

We also have a strong portfolio of commercial designs ranging from office developments to Self Store warehousing together with other projects undertaken in recent years and of more specialist projects in education and special needs.
