We realise that any project will only be as successful as the Team of professionals involved in the design and how that Team is managed.

On all projects we have access to all the support services and professionals we need to bring on board to add their knowledge and skills to the designs and construction techniques. Many of these Consultants will have worked with us on previous projects over the years, so that we know how best to work to achieve optimum results.

With the strong emphasis in sustainability within construction and the design process, we have adopted the principles of Building for a Healthy Life and the National Design Guide, Government initiatives for a sustainable future.  Buildings and houses are also designed with energy efficiency in mind and for the building and services to be adaptable for the future.

This overarching emphasis on sustainable construction is also extended to the engineering aspects of the design to ensure that the most suitable and resilient systems are used; that drainage is efficient and resilient and that sites are free of pollutants.

The range of support services available to us is extensive with specialists in many fields of expertise, allowing us to bring together the right team for each job once we have identified the needs as the design process develops.

The work covers all the typical sites surveys to identify services, ground conditions, archaeology and landscape and from this early survey work, specialists can be bought into the Team to resolve all the design issues.
