Our Services - Private Apartments
High density development of apartments usually entail the re-use of brownfield sites within town centers where the requirements of PPG3 and PPG13 are the guiding principles. Such sites are usually heavily constrained and designs need to respond to these and work within the grain of the existing urban fabric.
Current projects being worked are proposals for 36 flats in Hemel Hempstead and for 26 flats in Leighton Buzzard.
