Private Houses

The scope of the work on private housing ranges from the bespoke property for individual Clients through to comprehensive developments for the larger house builders.

In more recent years, the emphasis has been on high density housing and developments of departments much of it on brown field sites so the economies of development and issues such as land contamination are well understood.

We have shown a small selection of our portfolio that demonstrates the versatility of our designs and the variety of private housing developments we are involved in.

Our work in this sector also includes working with Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) which has allowed specialist knowledge of the systems to become part of the Practice's remit, as well as input from Energy Assessors as a working tool in design.
